Workshops
Learning from each other for the future. with changing workshop offers for designers, owners and real estate developers I set impulses for future topics in interior design. I work out current focal points in exchange with experts and also design impulse lectures on individual questions of interior design.
The way we live, reside and work is changing. This also gives rise to a wide range of issues for the construction, management and maintenance of real estate. In my theoretical work I dedicate myself to innovative topics and work on individual problems concerning interior design.

NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND CONVERSIONS OF EXISTING PROPERTIES
Empty churches, abandoned school buildings or deserted business premises – our lifestyles have changed radically and with them our need for space. But what makes sense for the respective location, can be economically successful or even have an identity-forming effect on the neighborhood? With my workshop, I address the possibilities of temporary interim uses or innovative repurposing; discuss the potential of public participation processes and how vacant properties can be meaningfully brought to life.

HOUSES AND THEIR INTERIORS: FIT FOR THE FUTURE CLIMATE
Ecology and sustainability are fixed parameters for new buildings. But what options are there for making older properties climate-ready in a sustainable way while remaining profitable? Together with experts, I discuss the most relevant areas such as: smart heating and cooling technology, thermal refurbishment, digitalized building operation and greening.

CORPORATE INTERIORS: THE STAGING OF A BRAND
Brand launches need awareness, and interior design has the power to translate products, services and even corporate values into design in an impressive way. Whether at a trade show, at selected prime locations, or in the first flagship store, my workshop teaches how to stage new products in a promotionally effective way to create that distinctiveness we call interior branding.
